ABOUT our Music Director

 

Since the start of his music career in the 80's Boni de Souza

has always been a passionate musician - an established pianist who has collaborated always with the best musicians available he is a widely respected and recognised music director, band leader and music producer-educator

He has been featured on numerous recordings with regional artistes during his time as a studio session pianist and arranger between 1980-2000 and later producer in his own studio. He is known as a versatile musician comfortable in jazz, classical, blues , latin and rock-retro music and has led groups as varied as a Classical Quintet at an Arts Show to a Jazz Big Band at  Chijmes Jazz Festival. He has also released music albums featuring his compositions & arrangements as well as produced music for other recording Artistes.
